Triple Success

Hi, my name is Kurt and every year I participate in a cycling event know as the Triple Bypass. It is a demanding one day ride that covers 120 miles, traverses 3 of Colorado’s mountain passes, and features over 10,000 vertical feet of elevation gain. I’ve always managed to complete the ride, but arrived at the finish line exhausted and my recovery often took several days.

I started working with Nancy with the goal to enhance my performance and improve how I felt upon completion of the ride. We examined my daily eating habits as well as developed plans to ensure that I was providing for proper fueling before, during, and after exercise.

Nancy’s nutritional advice has enhanced my overall ability to tackle the Triple Bypass and other activities. By eating the proper foods, I have found that my energy level has increased as well as my overall health and well being. I can now look forward to continuing my active lifestyle with the benefit of proper sports nutrition.
