Individual Counseling is a 45 minute session with payment due at the time of service.
My office hours are Monday and Tuesday mornings, all day Wednesday and Thursday.
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice or you will be changed for the session.
I am a CIGNA provider. Your co-payment will be your responsibility and I will bill CIGNA.
For those insurance companies that I am not a provider for I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. Payment is due at the time of service.
